First Queer retreat on the paradise island of Tenerife!

Owners Description: As a tantric life coach, I started organizing retreats in Tenerife 3 years ago, and as I became a hypnotherapist, my retreats started becoming more focused on personal growth, spiritual expansion and integrating the shadow.

Today, I organize retreats that are not so much focused on the white tantra ( the breath work, meditation, and awareness of energy flow) but also not going into the red tantra (learning to become aware of your energies during love making). Our retreats are NEO tantra and we use tantra as a gateway to our authenticity.

As a recipe, we use different exercises from authentic relating, nonviolent communication, biodanza, and radical honesty. The main focus is on body positivity.

We use our voice, body, touch, meditation, appreciation, gratitude, and the divine to connect deeper with ourselves and the deeply rooted longing, fear of being abandoned and being different. We do a lot of sharing and we use conscious touch as a tool for integration, finding the feeling of belonging, safety, family, and tribe.

We work with couples, singles, and all the members of the Queer tribe. Safer space is a very important value for us, so we really want to underlain that all our exercises are invitations, and suggestions, you will never be paired up with someone you don't want to, or be forced to be nude or be intimate with anyone.

You are more than welcome if you are non-binary, asexual, or whatever in between, or just figuring it out.
You can come to play, enjoy, have fun, and go crazy, but you can also come to integrate, rest, make deep connections, learn to say no, learn to say yes, and process trauma.

You can visit the official website for further information on the retreat as well as watch a video here.
