Sometimes we all need a mindfulness moment.
The Gay Happiness Project’s flagship mindfulness and emotional wellbeing programme is now available as a virtual programme online! The last course sold out so by popular demand we’re adding an additional programme starting in July.
The 8-week mindfulness-based group training programme designed for gay men who want to increase happiness and life satisfaction, will be delivered in a virtual format which will include a 2-hour live session every week.
The four foundations of the Gay Happiness Project are:
With a focus on kindness and compassion you will learn life skills and effective self-care techniques that will enable you to develop a better understanding of yourself and embrace life with greater ease.
Participants quickly establish meaningful connections, building confidence and trust with fellow participants by sharing experiences and learning together in a supportive environment that is practical and down-to-earth.
By the end of this highly effective course you will have learned how to become your own best friend, and how to create a connected, healthy and balanced life.
What you’ll experience:
Live Webinar: Every Wednesday from 6-8pm BST running 22nd July – 9th September
What previous participants said about the course:
“This is the most life-changing course I have ever done.” (Kevin M)
“The course has provided me with the tools to live a happier more fulfilling life. If you are going to give yourself one gift this year let it be this course, it’s the gift that keeps on giving.” (John P)
“This programme was a big step for me as I often feel so uncomfortable talking about anything relating to me, this course really opened my mind as a person and I learnt that’s it’s OK to share and be open. I have made some friends for life and in an honest, caring, open environment.” (George B)
