Group Trip Breakdown

Day 1: Arrival

Your trip begins in the largest marina in the Caribbean, Puerto del Rey Marina. Boarding will begin from 5.30pm, after which you’ll receive a welcome drink, an introduction to your fellow travellers and a quick briefing. Once you’re settled in we’ll dine as a group.

Day 2: Isla Palominos

From Puerto Rico we’ll sail north-easterly towards Isla Palominos. A paradise in its own right, Isla Palominos is rich with well-preserved scenery, clear blue waters and soft sand beaches. Next, we’ll be sailing on to Culebra, before which we’ll stop for some lunch and an afternoon swim at Caya Luis Pena. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore or even snorkel.

Day 3: Culebrita and Bahia del Almodovar

Culebrita, an uninhabited wildlife refuge, is our destination for today. Hike to the old lighthouse to enjoy one of the Caribbean’s most popular beaches, Tortuga. After a busy day we’ll return to the southeastern coast to anchor in Bahia de Almodovar.

Day 4: Flamenco and Playa Tamarindo

Look forward to experiencing one of the top-ranked beaches in the world, Flamenco beach. After a stop for some relaxation we’ll continue to the northwest coast of Culebra. Tonight we’ll moor at Playa Tamarindo.

Day 5: Esperanza and Mosquito Bay

Today’s leg of the journey requires an early start as we’ll be travelling to the largest of the Spanish Virgin Islands, Vieques. We’ll be staying overnight at Esperanza, home to the famous Mosquito Bay.

Day 6: Ensenada Honda

After experiencing the majestic wildlife on Mosquito Bay, we’ll cruise to Vieques’s Ensenada Honda. Explore secluded mangroves and soak up the serene surroundings of this paradise. Later, we’ll moor in Ensenada Honda, where you’ll have the chance to visit Le Chiva beach.

Day 7: Green Beach

As we slowly make our way back to Puerto del Rey, we’ll stop at any beaches or coves we may have missed along the way. Eventually we will moor at Green Beach , where we can watch the beautiful sunset and celebrate the last night of your gay sailing trip.
