Join a gay sailing trip around the Croatian islands and see some sites – ooh, you won’t half see some sites, sailor. From Dubrovnik – the pearl of the Adriatic – to the botanical gardens and cruising areas of Lokrumm, this trip will combine culture and various other things…
We’ll board at Dubrovnik and spend the evening exploring this ancient city. As the setting for much of Game Of Thrones it may well look familiar. It may well the Mediterranean’s most beautiful city.
We’ll stop at the gay-popular island, Lokrum, and then move on to Cavtat. Formerly the Greek city of Epidaurus, it fell to the Roman empire before being invaded by the Slavs. There’s a lot of history to explore here.
On the way we’ll explore Zelenika before arriving at the trendy marina of Tivat. We’ll then explore the city of Tivat.
We’ll sail to the scenic coastal town of Budva and stay overnight at the Sveti Stefan peninsula. Known as the St. Tropez of the Adriatic, this walled city is a great place to explore. It has perfect beaches and ancient monasteries.
The bay of Kotor will make you think you’re in the mountain lakes of Switzerland. We’ll go for a swim and then explore the islands of Perast – we’ll be staying overnight in Kotor. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll see a medieval towering over the city.
This morning we’ll sail once again along the bay north to Cavtat and report to customs – we’ll maybe put our clothes back on at this point.
We’ll have another day on Lokrum. There’s a botanical garden to explore as well as a royal fortress with views of the bay and Dubrovnik. This island has a gay beach and cruising area – easy there, sailor.
Later, we’ll cruise (in the boat!) to Dubrovnik and have a final dinner.
