Group Trip Breakdown
Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival in Rome, you’ll make your way to your centrally-located accommodation. After you’ve settled in, you will be acquainted with your hosts and receive a welcome pack. Tonight you’ll enjoy a complimentary welcome dinner as a group, alongside your tour hosts, Sergio and Kendall. After dinner you’ll have a chance to explore some of Rome’s gay nightlife, and your first drink of the night is on the house.
Day 2: Rome
Enjoy a tasty breakfast and prepare for your first full day exploring Rome. This morning we’ll take a guided tour of classical Rome, admiring historical masterpieces including Piazza della Repubblica and Fontana della Naiadi; you’ll also have a chance to make a wish in the famous Trevi Fountain. From here, we will visit the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. This afternoon will be spent at your leisure, enjoying lunch and strolling around awe-inspiring Rome.
Day 3: Rome
Once again your day will begin with a hearty hotel breakfast before joining another guided tour, this time centring around the Roman Empire. Key sightseeing locations include the Piazza Venezia and the Church of St. Peter in Chains. Lastly, you’ll have the chance to see the iconic Colosseum up close and personal. Enjoy lunch independently before rejoining the group for a guided tour of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. After a busy day of sightseeing, you will be free to relax as you please. Tonight we dine as a group in the trendy Trastevere, where you will enjoy a complimentary, authentic Italian meal.
Day 4: Rome to Florence
This morning, enjoy another breakfast in the hotel before taking the high-speed train to Florence. Here, you’ll check into the hotel and enjoy some free time and lunch before our Italian adventure continues. This afternoon we will be touring the Baroque Capital of Italy, including visits to Santa Maria del Fiore and Signoria Square. Tonight join the group for a sunset aperitif near Piazzale Michelangelo before going for dinner.
Day 5: Florence
Today begins with another hearty breakfast, followed by a guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery. Next, we will head towards Boboli Gardens, behind Pitti Palace. Spend the rest of the day exploring Florence as you please.
Day 6: Florence to Naples
Enjoy your last breakfast in Florence before we take another high speed train to Naples. Check in at your luxury hotel and spend the day at your leisure; there’s plenty to do in this seaside capital, including lounging at the beach or shopping.
Day 7: Naples
Take breakfast at the hotel before joining up with the group for a tour of Naples. This tour will guide you through Naples’ must-see destinations, including: the Royal Palace, the Spanish Quarters, and the Maschio Angioino. After lunch we’ll reconvene as a group to visit Castel dell’Ovo, a seaside castle. From here, we will move on to Posillipo, the romantic residential quarter of the city. Later this afternoon you’ll be taken on a tour of the famous Piazza Bellini, home to gay-friendly restaurants, cafes, and bars. Tonight we will enjoy a complimentary farewell dinner as a group, where you will sample some of the best pizza in Naples.
