“I notice that all posts are old and i wonder if the bar is still on the market as very soon i intend to pay a visit to Salzburg and some fun.
Also the are not photos of the venue itself on the website that for me is a pity because i would really like to know how does the area looks like..

Favorite in Salzburg
“This is a favorite place for guys of all ages to stop by, have a beer and a chat, or venture into the lower level for some adult fun. People are friendly upstairs, horny downstairs. I have always left satisfied.“

Keep the Party Going
“Dark Eagle is the first gay bar in Salzburg of its kinda that I have seen. The bar on the ground floor is cozy and creates great conversation with locals and internationals. The bar is extremely safe with a locked door system(you have to ring the bell). The Dark Room in the basement is a lot of fun. With more than a few couch chairs, a tv full of great content, and a sling, there is already enough to get into. According to some others, there is more to come and I am excited to see where that goes, because I have so much fun now, I cannot imagine what is to come next. What I love about this bar is there is the ability to find privacy but also put on a show ;). I cannot stress enough how important this bar is to gay culture in Salzburg and I hope everyone stops by. I should also state, its a smoke free bar in preparation for Salzburgs smoke free plans in 2017/18, but even as a smoker, I appreciate it because I can go to classes the next day and not reek of smoke. Stop by and support local gay culture, and local gay fun.“

Interesting place, but still in a pilot stage
“Small bar on the ground floor, and a huge (!) darkroom in the cellar. As of January 2016, however, the Eagle is still in a kind of pilot phase. The "darkroom" is not really "dark" at this time and needs some further extras (separating walls, glory holes), therefore there is not much action going on these days. Guests stay mostly in the bar.
But: the Eagle holds a great promise, as it is the only bar/club of this type in the whole area. It remains to be seen whether it will be accepted by the target group in the region. If so, it become an attractive option ...“
