Nice facilities, but needs minor improvements
“My partner and I went to MAN last September and enjoyed our afternoon! I was able to chat with the owner and he was very nice. However, I have some minor gripes:
1. It would be nice to have a water fountain or just a water station. It's hard to do sauna without free water :(
2. I hope there are signs posted in the wet area (sauna area) that prohibits cellphones. There were quite a few people using cellphones inside the sauna.
3. Lockers were quite on the small side.
4. I hope the locker room would have blower (so we don't look like we just jumped out of the shower when we leave the resort).
All in all tho, the facilities are good. My partner and I will definitely go back once the extension/hotel is complete!“

Bali's newest gay venue
“Couldn't even think of this beautiful gay-friendly oasis in Bali. The staff are very charming. The venue is very clean and reasonable price. Would definitely come back for more.“

“I attended yesterday morning and had an Amazing massage by Diaz. He was so friendly and showed me around the resort/ spa first. 90 mins later, I fell asleep numerous times. The oil and sting hands was just what I needed. Diaz knows his way around a man's body. Definitely coming back again. Friendly staff and clean spa - most important.“

Poor service of M.A.N Sauna
“I started my visit with 90 mins oil massage. The experience sucks as literally my masseur, Peter has lack of skills. He didn’t know how to massage, just rubbing for the entire 90 mins. Finish my massage, i str8 away went to steam bath. Again, the experience sucks as the steam bath room was not functioning well i. e not hot. No sauna as an alternative. Ending my visit with shower and again experience sucks. Shower gel was no avail. Overall this sauna has to improve a lot and my visit yesterday was not worth it“

The next Babylon?
“I think M.A.N Resort has the potential to become the next Babylon. The currently (July 2019) open facilities (pool, spa, cafe, steam room, and “meditation” area) are extremely clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. I was told that an attached hotel and gym will open sometime in early 2020. The staff is the most friendly, open, and helpful that I’ve ever met at any resort/sauna anywhere in the world. The food at the cafe is honestly the best I have found in Bali. I have eaten almost everything on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. The cocktails are also good (try the “Golden Shower” cocktail) with “buy one get one” drink deals on Friday afternoons. M.A.N. is a great place to pass the day (open 9 AM to 9 PM) with friendly visiting and local men (locals have free entry on Mondays) for only a 50,000 IDR (about US$3.60!) entrance fee (I think entry is free if you get a massage at the spa). I may sound like I’m associated with M.A.N., but I’m not! I’m just a pleasantly surprised visitor who ended up going
to and enjoying M.A.N. almost every day during my time in Bali.“
