Something must’ve changed

I’ve been there this August 2021 in a supposedly all men’s day, however there were as many women as men and lots of sings regarding the impossibility of getting naked. I don’t know if something changed but none of the previous reviews are true to what I’ve experienced in 2021. That’s unfortunate.

Thermal part

Boy you were in another part of Rudas Bath. Next time you have to go to the "Thermal bath" it's just one of the parts of Rudas and you will find naked men in it

Good For relaxation

I was there on a wednesday afternoon , while it was men's day in the thermal baths , amazing feeling , of the thermal water in different pools with all different temperatures. Staff was good and helpful , mostly men over 45 , just 1 or 2 below 30 , nice apron to cover the front , but back remains open, one can carry own swim costume also. Fun part is Zero , there are 2 to 3 people always checking on people hence one cannot have any fun- eye candy is all one can expect. So if you want to go for relaxing its the best place...

great place to relax

As other authors already write, this is not a gay place. Of course it is visited by homosexuals, and some light touches occur. But consider this place as a place of rest and relax in a male company. Please desire for a normal fun, visit other places.

NOT A GAY BATH

This is not a gay bath. Being a local I attend the place for more than 25 years. Recently we unfortunately have to experience that gay tourists more frequently come here to have sex. To put this straight: it is not about anyone's sexual orientation, but Rudas is not a place to have sex. Would you wish to have a bath in my sperm? I certainly wouldn't. Please comply with this.

Enjoy the experience but dont play there

This is a beautiful old world place, I've been going for years and it was renovated and cleaned up maybe 6 years ago or so and is now modern and in good shape. You should go for the experience, four pools in different temperatures and a big central pool which is a degree next to heaven. There are some saunas and very hot steam room, its hard to stay in the steam room for more than a few minutes. You put your belongings into a small cabin just big enough to change in. There are men's days and a woman's day the rest are co-ed. In prior years there used to be a lot of subtle play here but do not take a chance if you want to engage with someone or get propositioned, there is frequent security and policing users of the facility who will call you out. I saw it happen. Soak and steam there, play elsewhere. That said there is a lot of eye candy, some really good looking patrons young as well. Also a lot of beefy bears.
