Pain

It’s important to completely eliminate it from therapy. But they do nerve pinching or gland compression in one of the body’s vulnerable spots where sensitive tissue is exposed. Ugly pain should simply never happen. Yet it does happen. They don't know Thai massage, only Chinese.

Professional skill

I went on yesterday, facility was good and clean, masseur was professional. The reception was nice too. But I suggest to call for booking first.

Bad impression

Receptionist was rude when asked for a particular masseur...saying that this masseur is impossible to book and insisted on other masseurs. He even said that he (receptionist) is not always around and best to get a masseur as soon as possible.

Perfect Messeur

I went to Causeway Bay Sen Spa at 19/F, I found a messeur name Jack. He is excellent. I am so happy to meet him, I enjoy so much to talk with him. He makes me feel very excited. I have a few big laugh while I talk to him. I still remember his sweetie smile. I am really looking forward to see him again.

GREAT MESSEUR

I went to SenSpa in this week and met a masseur named Jack. He is a very good-looking local guy who can speak English and Cantonese. His masseur skills are great. He made me feel very relaxed and happy. He's got a nice body. I enjoyed talking to him and am looking forward to seeing him again.

Satisfactory trip.

Last time I was here, the receptionist was very professional and polite, so was the masseur.

Avoid

I have been here before and was hosted by Justin who was very professional. I went again yesterday and was advised that he no longer works there so I proceeded with the 90 min package. The receptionist that arranged for me seemed very impatient and was very rude, not asking if there was any request I like. The room itself had a damp smell and the showers were weak with water pressure, that's probably why they had dirty build up inside the showers too. The masseur they gave me didn't seem to know what he was doing or maybe he was just tired as he didn't use any pressure or strength at all. Oil massage and the worst experience of hidden cost I have ever had. Do no recommend going here anymore as it is not the Senspa from before. Hong Kong has much better.

POOR MASSAGE

Since the new ownership this place has become awful. Last visit, the shower was not working, it smelled of paint in the room, the towels were dirty and the massage guy had bad breath and kept sneezing all through the massage. The massage itself was pathetic, zero pressure and kept massaging same point for about 20 minutes. SenSpa used to be good, now it is one to avoid.

professional

The spa is a very clean and safe place. You are greeted by one of their receptionists - where I met Justin, a very nice Chinese guy born in the States. They asked me what style of masseur I prefer and made great arrangements. The rooms have private showers and are very spacious. The masseurs were very nice and can speak conversational English which is great for Hong Kong. All their staff are local guys so the quality is much higher than of the mainland MBS.

Nice spa

Friendly staff, small but very clean and well-maintained facilities. Massage could be improved although had good basis and respect of the duration. My masseur (23 years old) was cute.
