Not foreigner friendly
I was a regular customer, then suddenly they no longer allowed foreigners in and were very rude about it. The door man laughed in my face and told me my US passport was not welcome. Avoid!!!

Racist place - don’t go there
They checked my ID at the entrance and rejected me just for my nationality. It wasn’t about the age (I’m 34). they wouldn’t explain why, and when I demanded to know the guy became violent. Really bad experience. Stay away from this place

Change for the worse
I used to love Soho and visited every time I came to Seoul. Unfortunately the bar has changed its interior completely and, with it, it’s unique, slightly grungy, slightly party, dirty-sexy, straight-friendly queer vibe. It’s become, alas, not too far removed from a Starbucks coffee shop. Generic, soulless and very, very average. I guess they’re trying to make the bar more dance floor than drinking bolt but there used to be people dancing in the old Soho all the time. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Sadly, this is now broken for me.

Nice vibe, just don't expect A1 service
I've been to Soho a number of times and always enjoy it. It is part bar/part dance club with an outside verandah where you can drink (and smoke if you wish). Soho plays fun, uplifting dance music and they specialise in shots and cocktails. It has been mentioned in another review that the staff are very blase about serving customers much of the time - yes that's true. They are all good looking and spend a lot of time giggling with each other and checking their mobile phones. But you just need to be persistent to attract their attention. A mix of Korean and Western patrons including occasional American military personnel from the nearby base. When it is warm enough oustide, the verandah is the place to be and that's where you are most likely to strike up a conversation with other people.

No service.
I was just there 10 pm on a Saturday night to check out the place. Went in and sat for nearly 10 mins and nobody bother to check if I wanted a drink. There are two waiters n two customers. WAiters can't be bother .. and obviously they don't want to serve a foreigner. I left and went across to Always Homme. Friendly waiters and people start turning up. Can't understand I can drink fair bit why they turn away customers. Disappointing. Not going back there..

Great vibe
I visited Soho with a bunch of straight friends on New Year's Eve. The fellas there are super friendly and accommodating to lovely straight ladies, and the venue was small enough to make new friends and repeatedly bump into each other over and again. I felt by the end of the night that our crew had simply expanded! The staff are friggin hot, and kind, and the location was easy to locate. I will definitely return to this bar.
