  1. The greatest Spa that think

“TA Spa is my first time to try in Taiwan. My workplace is in Ximen, Taipei so that I can book the course easily and I also can take MRT there

The service is good and he provides many good choices that I can choose. Of course, you can call them to ask anything you want. It includes all masseur's skill scores and their photos. I believe I’ll go there next time.“

  2. Nice feeling

“This is my first time having a massage in Taiwan, I find through the website. It’s not only easy to use but also I choose the great guy. Before that, I can use phone and got an answer as soon as possible. I also have the luxury experience of spa, and I think the price of 2 hours course. It’s really cheap to relax. If I go travel in Taiwan next time, I must go to the TA Spa again.“

  3. The best spa in Taipei

“TA Spa is the best spa studio in Taipei which I've been to, the customer service and his English are both amazing, I can easily book masseur.

The website and real studio are the same, also include masseur's appearance and massage skill, I think that the other masseurs will also nice!

Their studio is in a high-quality, warm and gorgeous design, which is in Ximending. If i have chance to come to Taipei, I will go there again. It is so deserved!“

  5. Very professional massage

“I have experienced the services of TA Spa on 4 occasions and each was carried out at the hotel where I stayed. My therapist has always been Cang (倉师傅). His acupressure technique is skillful and he always manages to release the tight knots on my shoulders. He is very professional and kind and would repeatedly ask if I needed a short break from the massage in case I feel tired from lying down in same position.
I travel widely in the region for business and experienced massage services in these places. My therapist, Cang is the only one whom I have encountered that wanted to turn down my tipping as he said it was too much.
The massages have consistently been beneficial and relaxing. Furthermore, the manager is always helpful.
I will definitely continue to ask for their services whenever I travel to Taipei.“

  6. horrible experience

“I made a booking and arrived on time but was told at that very last minute that the staff couldn't make it due to stomach ache. It's totally unprofessional as I don't believe stomach ache happens at the last minute. They should have at least informed me an hour ago. And they made no effort to compensate me or offer me a substitute.“

  7. Great Experience

“I had some time to kill on my last morning in Taipei. None of the other spas listed "open" times before the afternoon. TA Spa lists their open time at 10AM. I sent a message on LINE and heard back very promptly. Even though it was a holiday, they were able to schedule me at lunch time. There is no single location per se. They will ask you to meet your massage therapist (they translate the Chinese word Shifu literally here and call the therapist "master") at an easily identifiable business and then walk you to the room for the massage. Once inside, you will shower and the massage will begin. My master (Wen) :) was wonderful. The first hour is a more of a deep tissue massage. There will be a short break and you will be offered some tea. The second hour features an oil massage and their signature B2B massage technique. My massage therapist was kind and attentive. I will definitely book again. I live in Taiwan, so I want to share two notes for International travelers: 1) I know that tipping is generally not required or expected in Taiwan, but it is customary to tip this level of service. They will NEVER ask you for it or even show their dissatisfaction if you do not. For this type of service and depending on how hard your master worked to meet your needs, $500NTD (~$16USD) to $1000NTD (~$33USD) is appropriate. Even if you give the tip, they may try to refuse. This is a form of courtesy. Just insist and they will thank you. 2) The receptionist who handles the scheduling (via LINE) has limited English. Keep your sentences short, to the point, and free of unnecessary idioms and jargon and idioms and you will be fine. And, I will tell you, because I had all the same questions you are going to ask. Yes, this is what you want and yes you will be very pleased you booked. Finally, the difference in price between the three levels of service - A, B, C is so minimal that unless you expressly ask for a different service, they will assume you want level C which features the 2 hours I described above and full service for $2600NTD (~$85).“

  8. Great massage

“I had a great massage at this spa, Don't worry if you cannot find it, as the entrance is around the corner from 51 Hankou Street. Use LINE messenger to make booking and they will come down and open door.“
