Poor Amenities / Rude Manager

I stayed here a few times, the last being in November 2018. Often the fixtures would break, air-con would leak fluid, or cockroaches/bugs crawling on the walls. Manager is coarse and unaccommodating. The rooms did not look like their online pictures.

First time in Pattaya

A expat friend recommended the venue in the heart of the Jomtien beach gay complex, I booked a big room for 1100 b/night in off season. The room was clean and reasonably decorated with refrig and safe, decent tv and good bed. Power shower was a little temperamental but... when are they not? Chris (owner) was great giving me advice. No problems with guests. The nightly caberette was really great for a little place, I was there 3 nights out 6 and saw all new material. Not a luxury 5 star hotel, but for a decent clean gay owned place with friendly staff near the beach, this was a good pick.
