    Located on level 102 of the Ritz-Carlton hotel, this two-star Michelin restaurant completes the dining experience with a picturesque view.  Impeccable service but pricey.  The Steamed Golden Shrimp Dumplings with Bamboo Shoots and Asparagus and Foie Gras Dumplings wrapped with Shredded Pastry are fabulous.
