Wellness retreat brought to you by GaySpiritFriends & Spirit Journeys, focusing on Self-Development, Community Building, Challenges & Strengths, Thriving, Playfulness and Intimacy.
The International Gay Retreat is built around four themes:
- Exploring the gifts in your shadows (challenges);
- Celebrating your unique talents and gifts;
- Seeking a new vision and setting new intentions;
- Integrating and implementing these new insights when you go home again.
The program incorporates a balance of group sessions and leisure time to connect with each other.
Guided movement practices, deep sharing, 21st century conscious connected breathing, a real native american
sweat-lodge, visualizations, journaling, personal contemplation, exercises from positive psychology, playful group exercises and buddy work are just some of the activities offered during the retreat.
We will use a playful multidisciplinary approach, drawing from spirituality, positive psychology and discoveries in personal development.
