Baton Rouge Pride 2025: parade, lineup and events

Baton Rouge Pride 2025 is set to take place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Raising Cane's River Center in downtown Baton Rouge. The event will run from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM CDT.

Baton Rouge Pride, founded in 2006, aims to unite the South Louisiana LGBTQ+ community through resources, education, and cultural events. This nonprofit organizes the annual Baton Rouge Pride Fest, Louisiana's largest indoor family-friendly pride celebration.

Baton Rouge Pride 2025 Highlights

A highlight of the 2025 festival will be "The Rainbow Exchange," a newly merged marketplace that combines the previous Resource Fair and Queerative Market. This expanded feature will bring together over 100 LGBTQ+-friendly businesses, nonprofit organizations, and queer artists. Beyond the marketplace, attendees can look forward to headlining performances (previous years featured notable names like Grammy-nominee Taylor Dayne and RuPaul's Drag Race stars), local entertainment, free health services including HIV testing and PrEP education, and family activities like the popular Drag Queen Story Time.

In addition to the main festival, Baton Rouge Pride will publish its annual "Pride Guide," a 30+ page magazine distributed throughout the Greater Baton Rouge Area beginning June 1, 2025. This comprehensive resource serves as the official guide to Baton Rouge's LGBTQ+ community, featuring information about local businesses, organizations, and events.
