The festival is organized by The Pink Festival Group, a local charity run by dedicated volunteers committed to creating a free, inclusive, and family-friendly event open to all. Cambridge Pride is funded through community support, donations, and sponsorships, including past partnerships with Anglia Ruskin University, and typically features a full day of live music, community stalls, and family activities by the River Cam.
