Cluj Pride 2025 is scheduled to take place from June 14 to June 20, 2025, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This annual event celebrates the LGBTQ+ community through a week-long series of activities, including workshops, cultural events, and a pride parade. Approximately 2,000 participants are expected.

Cluj Pride, known locally as "Cluj Pride" or "Marșul Diversității Cluj," represents a relatively recent but significant development in Romania's LGBTQ+ rights movement, having emerged in one of Transylvania's most culturally vibrant cities despite the country's generally conservative stance on LGBTQ+ issues. The first Cluj Pride march was held in 2017, making it a newcomer compared to other European Pride celebrations, and arrived at a particularly tense moment in Romanian society when conservative groups were pushing for a constitutional referendum to ban same-sex marriage.

These early gatherings faced substantial opposition, including counter-protests from religious and nationalist groups, requiring significant police protection for participants who bravely marched through the historic center of this university town.
