Location

Fair Park 1121 First Ave., Dallas, USA

The Music Festival in the Park features a main stage for our headliners, a community stage hosting local entertainment, 100+ vendors, and a variety of food and beverage options. Within the Music Festival in the Park is our Family Pride Zone. This area is designed for LGBTQ families with several bounce houses, face painting, entertainment for the kids and the Pride Train ride. The Music Festival also features Teen Pride*, which allows the LGBTQ youth a safe environment with live entertainment, climbing walls, mechanical bull, bounce houses, and vendors geared toward LGBTQ youth.

The Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade celebrated a historic 35th Anniversary in 2018. Named in honor of Alan Ross, the long time executive director, the parade is a ¾ mile long event with 50,000+ spectators, and 120+ parade entries, which include our sponsors, city council/city entities, community organizations and general parade entries. We have 3 announcer stands along the parade route, which severs as commentary for the spectators. These events continue to grow each year as we expand our footprint and add new ideas.
