Key West Pride 2025: parade, route and hotels
various venues , Key West, USA

Key West Pride 2025 lights up the island from June 22nd to 29th with a packed week of parties, parades, and poolside celebrations. Expect drink specials, rooftop cabarets, and drag shows on every corner—because Key West never does Pride halfway.
This year’s theme, “Still Rising,” pays tribute to LGBTQ+ history while embracing the city’s “One Human Family” motto. Organized by the Key West Business Guild, the week is full of lively events including comedy nights, talent shows, film screenings, and a bustling street fair—all set to the laid-back beat of island life.
A Week of Signature Events
Festivities kick off on Saturday, June 22, with the official Opening Party at AquaPlex, featuring DJs, an open bar, and a community gala celebrating queer resilience and inclusion.
The legendary Pride Follies returns that same weekend with a glammed-up variety show hosted by Erin McKenna, Key West’s first Miss Island Queen, and Dominic Paoillo, local actor and realtor.
Each day of the week brings something fresh and eccentric:
Monday features a chilly “Ice Plunge” and a mocktail mix-off
Tuesday offers a Stonewall Uprising documentary screening with bubbly on the side
Wednesday means only one thing—Island House’s “Naked Pool Party”, raising funds for Womankind
Thursday sets sail with the “Tea on the Sea” sunset cruise, where disco meets ocean breeze
Drag brunches, rooftop cabarets, and nightly comedy sets (with national touring queer comedians) round out a week where something’s always happening.
Parade & Tea Dance: The Grand Finale
The Pride Parade caps off the celebration on Sunday, June 29 at 7:00 pm. It begins at Truman Waterfront Park, winding along Whitehead and Front Streets before turning up Duval, where the route spills into the legendary Tea Dance at La Te Da.
Tea Dance has been a Key West Sunday staple since 1977. For Pride, DJ Rude Girl takes over the courtyard with a classic disco set as dancers, locals, and visitors flood the space in full rainbow splendor. Expect a confetti storm and wall-to-wall celebration.
