“I've visited it recently, on February 14, 2018, and I was disappointed - because it was not the same as in October 2013 - it was a totally different building that time, much bigger - actually it was the best gay club I had ever been to - with the yard where you could talk with some guys smoking a cigarette or drinking beer. But this time they rented some small underground place. That party totally sucked I think, although they invited some Japanese DJ, whose music was just okay.“
“It is one of the largest club in Shanghai but located a little bit far from downtown. Lots of local ppl in 20-40s. Music is just okay but not better than BKK. Staffs were kind. Local friend said Lucca is more popular for young guys these days.. I can say he is right. But Icon is still land mark of Shanghai gay club. Around 01:00am ppl took off there shirts and danced together..It was nice move. :-)“
