HamMan Sauna & Spa is the only gay sauna in Panama City. It's in the Bella Vista neighbourhood near the Lottery Building.
While it's fairly small, you can workout here, try the Turkish bath, and cruise with some locals. Plenty of action, especially on the weekends.

Secreto en panama city
Ok... tomorrow I leave for Panama City in search of my experience... I am inexperienced.
