Completely run down, already the changing area. In the whirlpool brown cold, dirty broth, unspeakable showers, lukewarm dry sauna, steam bath with bad smell, darkrooms totally dark, you can't see anything. Hardly any guests during my visit, bar not open, bored guys as staff playing on their smartphones. Closed the day before despite opening hours, allegedly due to lack of staff.

Accueil et ensemble du personnel très sympathique. Le sauna est petit, propre, et seul le jaccuzzi ne fonctionne pas. Ce serait super et très sexy si il y avait plus de mecs. A l'heure où j'y suis allé, il était vraiment trop désert. Dommage Peut-être en week end il y plus de monde.

This is the problem with sites like this and TripAdvisor, the low budget and quality travelers rating the stuff that things are always wonderful, and one arrive.. BOOM! Surprise!!!! horror!

Not dirty dirty but rundown, small and dark. If you like local small guys you will meet them and they like to contact you. Not very beautiful but ordinary and mostly small. I am over 65 but they were keen on me. I was there Saturday 5 pm and there were about 20 guys mostly in the wet area waiting for a partner to go into the dark, very dark cabins.

My partner and I went to T-House on xmas eve 16 based on the rave reviews (thanks, whoever you are) and shocked when we were there. First of all, this place is nastaaay. Used sandals were all over the locker floor. On the shower area there were used towels everywhere. The jacuzzi is still broken. Overall the place was so dark, damp, depressing, and dodgy, like in a B horror movie when you know the supporting cast is in a wrong place/time and he/she is about to die. The dry sauna is lukewarm/broken. There's 2 steam rooms with different smells: ginseng and coffee. The dark room was the worst part. Not recommended. At all.

It is can be a little tricky to find the entrance, it look like an entrance to the car park of the buliding no.164. Very small but nice crowded, few foreigners and tons of young local. Hot tub is still not working but the 2 steam rooms are packed with action. People here are very nice and friendly.

It's easy to pass this place and it's way out there, but was totally worth going to for me. I went on Monday evening (530pm-ish), you go through a bead curtain, pay 60,000 VND and there is a lounge and change area right there. Condoms are available if you ask at the front desk. They provide towels, a lock and key, and rubber slippers. The place is clean and very decent. You then go downstairs into a foyer area. The shower area (three shower heads) is located next to the dry sauna, which is very small, and there are two steam rooms. The hot tub wasn't working. The private backrooms are super dark (I couldn't see the beds in most of those rooms!) and free for anyone to use. The crowd was a mix of ages, but when I went, seemed to be more younger guys than old. When I left, at about 8pm, the place was quite empty. It actually emptied out earlier. There were two guys (foreigners, I think) on the loungers and two guys in a private room.

I am an expat living in Hanoi and familiar with all the gay saunas here. I recently tried T House 3pm one Saturday afternoon. The man at reception was pleasant and the changing room modern and clean. The others there - mixed ages - were also friendly to this older white guy. Going downstairs to explore, I found everything much cleaner than the other saunas. I chose to relax next to an older Vietnamese gentleman (50) who was soon joined by his 40-yr-old boy-friend. We had a very pleasant time in one of the private cubicles. Personally, I will happily visit again.

Hi taxi driver spent over an hour looking for this place of hell! Staff very unfriendly almost walked out before even going in! Not very welcoming and dark and depressing felt like walking in a dungeon if horror! A few people I finally gave up after 4 hours of disappointment! Sauna and steam rooms were to hot and didn't like the smell! Jacuzzi wasn't working which wasn't a lost either! The dark room area was so gross. Would not recommend to anyone.

Few visitors but even more free to explore, clean is the most important thing to mention about.

Much more clean than others in Hanoi, deserve u to explore the wild world
