Mad Myrna's is a popular gay bar and social club in the northeast area of Anchorage, close to the local gay scene. The venue features resident DJ's who fill the spacious bar with dance music.
The bar also hosts cabaret shows and karaoke nights on a regular basis; the weekly drag shows are not to be missed. Alaska might not be the first place that springs to mind when you think of gay-friendliness, but Mad Myrna's is an LGBT+ oasis in the Last Frontier.
