Group Trip Breakdown

DAY 1: PUNTA ARENAS
You'll be transferred to the airport from your hotel. Evening at leisure.

DAY 2: CITY TOUR
We'll set out on a guided tour of the city and enjoy pa0ramic views from “Cerro de la Cruz”. You'll see the Strait of Magellan in the distance and visit Museo Nao Victoria.

DAY 3: MAGDALENA ISLAND
Today we'll sail to Magdalena Island past the Magellan Strait. This island is home to 60,000 adorable Magellanic penguins.

DAY 4: TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK
This morning we'll head to Torres Del Paine National Park and check into our lodge. We'll trek 0rth towards the Argentinian border passing the famous s0w-capped peaks of Patagonia.

DAY 5: THE TOWERS
We'll be hiking into the mountains, stopping for a cup of cocoa along the way. We'll have a packed lunch at the base of Las Torres surrounded by stunning 360-degree mountain views.

DAY 6: FRENCH VALLEY TREK
We'll board the “Hielos Patagonicos” and sail Pehoe Lake. Then, we'll trek up the French Valley where we'll be greeted with views of Paine Massif.

We'll have a picnic at the foot of Mount Paine Grande, a 0torious avalanche site. Don't worry, we'll be safe!

DAY 7: TREKKING IN LAGO GREY
Today we'll set out on a mighty trek so have a hearty breakfast. We'll sail past the icebergs of Grey Lake and get ready to take on the glacier at basecamp.

Once we've sailed to Grey Glacier we'll be greeted by a vision in blue of lagoons, rivers and tunnels. Having conquered the glacier, we'll return to the lodge for a well-earned meal and rest.

DAY 8: KAYAKING GREY LAKE
Weather permitting, we'll kayak to the turquoise icebergs and pass by the granite walls of the Paine Mountains. In the evening, we'll check into our hotel in Puerto Natales.

DAY 9: PUERTO NATALES
Weather permitting (again!), we'll go sailing along the Patagonia Fjords visiting two glaciers along the way. Bernardo O´Higgins National Park and head to the Glacier Serra0 viewpoint.

We'll have lunch by the Balmaceda Glacier. In the evening we'll have a farewell meal.

Today you'll be transferred to the airport for your return flight.

Further Information

You’ll be sailing in style on the Lord of the Glens, a splendid Scottish cruise ship. It’s an elegant seafaring yacht that can sail through the Caledonian Canal but also sail the Atlantic. This will be an all LGBT trip of no more than 54 guests. Expect a Scottish breakfast every morning and nightly entertainment.
