Nasty place
Smelly, dirty bathroom/restroom. Linens didn't smell fresh either. Massage was 7/10 - initial ES asking price was 3500 but haggled down to 2k (which I still regretted). Masseur had unpleasant breath (my major turnoff). Visited around Aug-Sept 2017.
Not going back there. Go visit at your own risk.

Mr Spa
The only time you have to this place is when you get desperate. The place is too small and the massage is too dodgy. Make sure you bring your own massage oil. Last time I went here. Damned! My body smell like a crude oil.
There's no such thing as massage at this place. They're just after a quick fix to get you off and get the money that you agreed to pay.

Worst massage, [and i've been around]
He only massaged my back for 15 mins before he offered the ES. he started at 5000 pesos. I haggled until it went down to 1200. After I paid him he didn't even say thank you. This place effortlessly snatches the top 1 spot on my list of worst massages. Don't go unless you want to waste money.

Rip Off
I definitely agree with that this is the worst ever. It's a complete waste of time and money. There were only two masseurs available and the one I chose was not even good at his job even though I clearly indicated the points/parts that needed attention. After 20 minutes of touching (not massaging) my body, he already offered ES, which started at 5,000 pesos and ended at 1500. It was a complete disappointment.

Hilom spa
I went to hilom last night, I was disappointed. I got the signature massage thinking it was indeed a sort of VIP treatment. This guy just do it in 30 minutes then asked for ES! He tried to entice me to give in, but he failed because he ask for too much and he don't even know how to massage. No way that I will visit that place again.

I simply say no.
If you are choosing this spa shop, I recommend to you do not take a body scrub. There is no bathroom in the massage room, so when you are finished rubbing (I would like to say just rubbing), you put on your a bathrobe to go downstairs. You gonna find a toilet. They start at 3000 and go down, go down I discounted until. 1000.

Don't try this massage spa
I asked for the 800 with body scrub. The masseur just scrubbed and massaged my back? After the so called "massage" ended the masseur asked if I want any extra service. I told him I did not have much money (but I can withdraw). His smile changed to a grin. He said "pang tip lang yan, sana hindi nyo ko pinili." Money is no issue, it's just his attitude towards the client. I wont go back because of his attitude, don't not even know how to massage, the place sucks and forces clients to give tip even if you did not enjoy the service.

First time is the last time
Visited Hilom Spa in Manila on the other day with my friend and we had a bad experience. First, that the place is pretty run-down. The mattress was dirty too without a towel so I had to ask for it. The massage was so-so and the masseur did his job like a machine. He only wanted the get the money for the extra, which was expensive so I decided to not ask for it. Then the amount dropped to the level, which is offered to local people. Being a foreigner he tried to get some extra upon the "regular" fee. I learnt it from my friend, who is Filipino and he was asked for less. While I did not take the extra, my friend did but this also meant that the 60 minute massage dropped to 30 minutes only. While waiting for my friend in reception I could read about the "tip policy" of this venue, which read: "Are you confused on how to tip? Ask our manager they will help you in our top policy". So it sounds that the tip has a minimum level, same as of the quality level of this massage parlor, it also a minimum. As I was not confused on how to tip at all I did not ask for help and left the place without giving any. This was my first time here and surely the last one as well.

Good Experience
I think I went to a different place than the other reviews. I wouldn't call the place spotless, but I wouldn't call it filthy either. In fact it was the only massage parlor that my friends and I felt comfortable entering while visiting Manila. Massage was really dependent on the guy I got. I had three different guys for 3 days and their skills varied. I only found out that they had outcall services on my last day which was too bad.

Hilom Spa
I agree with Randy. Better off getting an out-call service from a different business. Cheaper, cleaner, and no travel involved.

Hilom Spa
Place is just filthy, massage is not even good. They are more interested in your money than giving you the service. Avoid this place.
