The spa is amazing. They have the right kind of ambience with cooperative masseurs. I was greeted well and taken to the massage room in a good manner. The massage was really relaxing with the masseur touching and caressing me at every inch of my body and then followed by a steam session where i was joined by a group of mean inside who were equally open in all aspects. Finally ended in the washroom with the shower being awesome with all guys. Great place to relax and be open in every way.

Honestly, this was my first time visiting a male massage spa, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The facilities were clean and well-kept. The staff was amazing, especially Salman, and the drinks were great. Definitely would recommend it to people in the future! I'll see be going there whenever I'm in Delhi. Am a regular customer in Menz health spa. Usually I go for a massage and/or sauna. My last massage was not up to the mark. The dry part was OK, professional, massaging the muscles. The oily part was a disaster, pouring oil and quickly rubbing, that's not a massage. Also the masseur may not know what men want, avoiding carefully anything that may be slightly erotic. He seemed also in a hurry, finishing everything in less than 25 minutes. I thought a full body massage should not be under one hour.

I visited Men's health spa. A warm welcome by receptionist I visited others spa too, but In Menz Guys are decent an professional. Ambiance is not so big but neat and Clean. I feel totally relaxed I can say it was a surprise. Thanks Menz for the joy I bring in my life.

I was staying in a hotel nearby when I was in Delhi last month, so I decided to try this place. On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the host. I explained I wanted a good massage and was told Salman is the best. Indeed he was. Such a charming young man. So good in fact, I went back again just before I left Delhi a few days later. I thoroughly recommend Menz Health Spa. They are a very friendly bunch of guys, make you feel very welcome and are very attentive.

Nothing about health, loudly music, very small room for massage, no experience from masseur, not at all customer oriented service.

Visited few days ago and booked regular one hour massage. The massage was not up to the mark, he kept on pouring oil and more oil. In less than half an hour, all was over.

I spent 2 days at this spa I am so happy. Ambience is not so big but very clean. Receptionist was very loyal. Best think is that I was not disturb with noise during massage like others spa. Got a wonderful massage such a nice place.
