Came by a second time after a while. I must say standards have dropped really bad. The guy at the counter is so rude. The masseuer is not interested too and cheated me of my time. Keep walking out. The muscular guy who used to mend the counter is no longer there. So sad. His sports massage and waxing was really skillful.

If you really find professional massage, you should visit this spa, friendly staff, good service.. Good massage... good value for money

I had a 2-hour massage session with Nick at this spa in Jan 2019. Nick is a young, light skin Malaysian and speaks good English. Nick has good technique. However, near the end of the session, he asked if I wanted the "extra service" for $100 MYR. I refused. I prefer the Tantra Men Spa at Novotel hotel than this spa due to the therapist skills. Want a professional and a very very very very good massage? Come here. They will take care every part of your body except your private area.. dont ask for any tip and they send you out with smile . Worth to come and will come again

I love a turkish guy that massage me. I call him turkish guy based on his accent. He never let you feel so cold because of the aircond and cover your body with towel while massage other part. His massage skill was very good and not touching private area. He also not ask for extra service or ask any tip. Send me out with smile. I come to this massage center after reading all the review and they are true. ToyRus is the key for you to find this massage center. I dont know what is the name of a guy that massage me, base on his accent maybe he is a turkish guy. His massage skill was EXCELLENT. Full body massage from head to toe EXCEPT the private area. One thing that impress me is, that masseur DID NOT request any TIP and any extra service. Not like other massage center that sometime force customer to pay TIP. I think this massage center has the best and professional masseur in KL

I really relaxed in here. 60min 130RB + tips Enterence is opposit of Toysras. It means there is door like emergency door. I really enjoyed to find this store. I feel it’s kind of adventure. Anyway, nice massage!

I returned for a massage on 10/9/18 and the two best masseurs Reno and Tory are no longer here. I had a new guy Mike who was a good masseur but any additional service is expensive now and mediocre. What I noticed is most of the masseurs are new and so it could be a bit of “hit and miss”

I am planning to go there in October when I visit KL and wanted to see if I can find the guy who gave you the massage.

Went there a couple months back, asked for a 1 hour massage. It was very good, and the best part was the masseur did a b2b massage without me asking. It was the best experience and he didn't demand for any tips! I forgot his name but if you're reading this, thank you!

I had the 1hr 30 oil massage. Was nice having a full naked massage as other places often get you to wear some sort of underwear. The massage itself was good I thought and reasonably priced. Haggled a bit for extra services, but all in all very good place and will definitely come back whenever I return to KL. Thanks a lot!

As a regular traveler to KL I have been coming to this spa for almost 2 years and there are two regular masseurs, Reno and Tory, who are excellent. Their massage techniques are very good. They are discreet and a tip for extra services is normal. The place has just undergone renovations in the past few months with individual shower cabins in all or most of the cabins. Yes, it isn’t your state of the art spa but it is very clean and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable compared to the run of the mill Massage places in Bukit Bintang. If you get lost finding the place as it is difficult to find the Information desk on the same floor will be able to direct you.

Went here twice. The first time was great - lovely massage - listened to what I wanted and provided it. Loved it! The second time was with a different guy and the massage was average and only 50 minutes. Then asked me for a tip! (You know when they have to ask for a tip, they arent that good). Luck of the draw here! Would be nice if they had a consistent standard.

First of all finding this place is a bit tricky but like what everyone says, just go through the exit door opposite from Toys R Us. The Toys R Us is on the ground floor of the mall towards the back of the mall. Tory was my masseur and he was excellent. Very professional in his technique and very relaxing. However he does get to all the location on your body. This was the first time I found a full body massage memorable. In fact I found it so good that I will be going back in the next couple of days.

It was the best experience of my trip. I did enjoy the professional aroma massage. (Justin) was very professional, experienced and very friendly. Highly recommended. Facility is clean and up to standard. Thank you very much and I will have a massage anytime again.

Been here previously but some masseur change attitude based on tipping which was a sad experience. Would recommend Danish since he is technically professional among all and made me so relaxed. This place should repair the shower room getting old. Seen several quarrel at reception regarding waiting time and booking.

The Turkish masseur made me wait in the room for at least 10mins. His strokes were way below average. Waste time to get oil. Waste time walking here n there. So many long pauses in between strokes... In the end, I paid for 90min but probably got 60mins. Feel so shortchanged.

Welcome not smiling, they install you in the room without saying nothing. You wait your therapist. I ask the therapist less strong and I was thinking passing under a truck. It was an aroma massage....I take 90 min and I got 65 min. Should find another agency.

In January 2018 I had an AMAZING 120 minute Swedish/sensual massage with Tory. I have had full-body massages all over Asia and his was THE BEST that I have ever had! He has techniques that I have never experienced before! Although he is straight, he certainly will massage you all over and at the end help you “release” whatever tension you still have. The place is not easy to find so be sure to follow their directions and map on their “Contact” page. The location as you approach is unusual being down a service corridor but once you walk through the front door you will be pleasantly surprised. Obviously this location demands lower rent which helps them keep their prices down.

Despite feeling reluctant to try out a massage @ this place (cause it felt a bit shady going through the 'service'door opposite Toys'r'us), I was pleasantly surprised with; the way I was greeted at the entrance, the clean and spacious massage room & my masseur named Remo, who appeared to be both skillful (just a great massage without extra services) + able to make you feel relaxed! Next time in Kul I'll definitely be back!!!!

I went for an hour massage with Danish and it was just great. He used 5 different oils, applied the right pressure to the rights spots, I was in heaven. I went back 2 days later and it was again the same excellent massage.

Had a massage with Mike and definitely worth recommending. Had a one hour massage along with a body scrub which was done professionally. He was able to get rid of tensions in my back and shoulders. Mike has a charm and of course pleasant to look at with his fit body. Agree with others on the location - just find the entrance close to Toys R Us and you will find the spa.

Once I found it, I was fairly impressed with this service. I paid RM 175 for a 90-min massage in a nice room. The masseur was very capable, but seemed rather indifferent to the experience. He did not take off his clothes, offer B2B, or any other more intimate experience.

Just back from a massage with Mike after flying in last night, truely one of the best massages I've had in a long time. This was not a fluff massage, he got rid of all my knots. Highly recommend. As far as finding the place just go right to the back and turn right at the service door, sounds weird but it's fine.

Excellent massage with a super qualified guy name Tory. It's a bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion. He certainly takes care of you at the end, just remember to tip. As long as you can find the Toys R Us, you just go thru the exit service door into a hallway that has the place. Don't expect any signage in the mall or on the door to the hallway though.

Needed a good massage to remove the nots from my back and shoulders. Masseur very good, firm but not too hard. Used creams and he did an excellent job on my back. Clean room, shower very good but not a lot of height in it. No happy ending nor offer of water or a drink after. Easy to find if you visit website and see location map, not google map as it does not help show where it is in the centre.

Went there with friends. Generally was a good experience for everyone of us. Massage was very professionally done. Therapist does not directly offer extra service unless you initiate one. Even if they do not get to do the extras, they still finish off their massage duty with high professionalism. Staff are mostly very friendly and so is the manager. Very easy to catch a conversation and gave us a very welcoming feeling. Don't forget to tip your therapist if you feel that they did a good job. It's just a token of appreciation.

They were was polite before giving tips. I thought price included tips (cuz twice more expensive than normal shop) But they didnt greeting even I said "thank you "after I paid small tips for masseur. They just ignored me when I go out from the shop.

I must disagree with your comments. My second experience at Purnama is better than my first. The therapist who did my massage was not only professional but also so skillful in his massage. Must really give credit to the management for having really good therapists. It makes me want to come back for more. I am quite certain to make this spa my regular massage place to go to.

Was in KL Bukit Bintang area and felt tired and lousy. As I'm staying at Pavillion this massage place is just a stone throw away. Thanks to previous reviews, I managed to visit this spa by asking the receptionist. First impression was bad, true the front door was broken. But I was met by the manager at the door and he explained that they are in the process of replacing it. Hmm though it should not have bothered me but I admired his sincerity. Next, I was introduced to the many types of therapy they provided. Since my body is aching all over, I chose the hot stone massage and asked for an experienced therapist. This tall guy named Remo attended to my 90 minutes therapy. I was asked whether I needed a shower but declined. I went straight to receiving my hot stone massage therapy. Well what do you know. The experience I had was really different from what I used to have before at another spa. I was given a good oil massage first before the hot stones were introduced to my body. At some times I pitied the therapist as he'd used his palm to take in the heat from the hot stones first before massaging me first with his heated hands and then with the stones. All I can say is that he was so professional and I was a truly satisfied customer. He wiped me clean and advised me not to shower immediately after so that I can fully benefit from the therapy. Meanwhile, I was offered to do pedicure and manicure which I relent to. It shocked me that they have these services too. Anyway, despite all these great experiences, I did feedback to the young manager some aspects of the spa that can be improved upon. He humbly took my suggestions. So folks from my experience whether you like or dislike anything ever that you paid for the least we can do is to provide our honest feedback to the spa in the hope that they can always be better the next time we decide to go there. For this spa I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in KL.

I have never expected such a humble massage place to deliver excellent massage service. I am truly a satisfied customer. Unlike other spas which only has good outlook but the massage quality are far dosappointing, Purnama offers quality professional massage that makes you truly satisfied. Therapist who served me is very polite and very customer-oriented. I like the personalised aroma in the massage room. Strongly recommends this place if you are looking for quality massage.

Went here today with a friend we both didn't like the over all place, facilities poor and massage not worth value. The Therapist was not engaged in massage touch and pressure he was not interested in massage. Will not be going back. Had to wait for shower and really would not call it a massage centre more like a cheap set of rooms.

My partner and I were in KL for the CNY break and since we're in Bukit Bintang area decided to check out this place. We tried the signature massage and thought it was splendid despite the recent adverse report from the USA couple. Well we're from US too.. Upper Serangoon, Singapore, but we never thought the price was too expensive but rather reasonable for a wonderful massage experience. Today I came back to the spa and tried for the first time: Hot Stone Massage.. one of their latest addition and so called among the most expensive massages and guess what.. it's one of the best experience ever! Wow. I'm feeling so H&H (hot and h...) now, but to be fair, I have to make this review. If you're here in KL and want a splendid.. relaxing... rejuvenating massage so that you can have a great night with your partner, check this place out. I definitely want a real happy ending with my one and only.

Guys we have to disagree with you we are from USA. We have been to this spa twice while visiting KL. And our overall view is disspointing. We would not call it a "spa" maybe it should be called a set rooms with a very sad shower facility. Massage was ok but spa disappointing, facilities disappointing. Not value for money and hard to find. Omg how disappointing and happy ending well certainly NOT a happy ending. I would NOT recommend this set of rooms. It certainly could not be called a spa.

The place was nondescript and not inviting at first but i am a satisfied patron after the massage by a Nepalese maaseur. One of the best massages i have gotten thus far. Anyone looking for a good massage should try this place out.

i went 12pm, took AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE, the massage was great, can say is one of the good massages in town. The location is good, which you can easily find it. Like the upgraded shower room.

I think it's because of your review that they had improved tremendously.. I went there and except for the shower room which I was told in the process of upgrading, the rest was just great.

To find the spa.. just ask the information counter..really!! Therapists.. Very experienced and great.. the recommended therapist gave me one of the best massage experience I'd ever encountered. Ambiance..internal aroma was great.. was told that they are in the process of upgrading from customers' suggestions...kudos..especially the shower facilities. Will definitely come back.

I went to this place just now and the massage was great, I took Purnama signature massage that's was awesome.

I went there 11am this morning 2 of us from Lithuania for me the spa's was great and clean and good lemons smell too. We will visit them again on Monday.

I went to Purnama today for massage after looking the website. Purnama not easy to find. I had their signature massage, the place shouldn't be called a spa as NO proper amenities. SHOWER room very unpleasant, cheap deco with spa prices, staffs are nice though but masseurs need proper attire. Purnama need a spa smell too.
