“Unbelievably bad organisation of the party.
Many events cancelled with no refunds.
At the last event, queued for hours to be let in but club was empty inside.
Staff rude and shouted at people, threatening no one will go in.
Dirty smelly club inside.
Awful experience.“
“There were often much more tickets sold at presale, than people could fit into the club. Furthermore they sold extra tickets at the door. In the beginning, they would just let in people with VIP ticket (65 €), and people who paid at the door. So if you had a regular ticket (35 €), you barely had a chance to get in. At 2am the club was overfilled. Not even with expensive VIP tickets could you enter the club anymore till 5am.“
“Paid 30€ online for 2 tickets. It was said opening hours are 6pm till 2am. When we arrived at 10pm, was told that they were closed!!! WTF“

“I go to Revolver for the big party, very bad. Nobody goes there anymore. Only a few guys inside. Cruising area very dirty.“
“I was very disappointed with the Revolver party. The party was not a good experience. The venue is old and large with several room and floors. The organisation was very bad with lots of waiting to enter, for the wardrobe and for drinks. It was quiet inside with not many clubbers. There is a cruising area but nothing happening. Try another club!“
“I visiting from Asia, very hot club. Dirty everywhere and Very bad smell in toilets. Party is badly organised. Long wait in line but not many guys inside. Cruising area boring and very smelly.“
“Very bad party. The Revolver party is very badly organised. Club inside is empty. Cruising not good and boring. Few guys go. Only tourists.“
“A badly organised party. Even with tickets, long wait in line and badly organised. The club is dirty and linked to an outbreak of very serious and deadly bacterial meningitis by authorities. a DJ at the event spends their time posting fake positive reviews.“
“I agree place was crazy over packed and a fire hazard.“
“Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you apparently had experienced a longer then normal waiting time. We have at our bigger parties a waiting time no longer than 1.5 hours, normally even less. Longer waiting time at so popular dates like Easter, CSD, Folsom and in November is difficult to avoid totally. We actually offer Speedy Boarding tickets which have priority entrance and we open at those Events already at 10 pm our doors to minimize your waiting times.
The Meningitis Outbreak was from the Government last Year already declared as not a Problem within the Venue or the cleanliness at KitKat but it was a straight night an infected Customer. The if you research a bit about Meningitis it can't be transferred by touching or sitting on anything but only by exchanging body liquids or saliva.
We and Kitkat also keep to the maximum allowed safe capacity of the club and with plenty of emergency exits there is no fire hazard at all. Germann safety regulations are very strict, stricter than in other countries
We still hope to see you back at one of our parties soon.“
“This happenes one year ago, without no explanation , and having been there the day befoe , the door keeper rejecter me and my friende ind a way is no longer permitted in Madrid , ansolitely lack of politeness, Sorry if we dont speak German.
this would never happen in Spain , its a real pity . For those you dont know us, I mean all of you , we are a couple of well travelleda an well educated guys, Well , its a pity that door man like him still work in gay places, it does ot ontribute to the image of Germay beyond its boundaries“
