Been there several times since 2018. It's getting worst and worst in terms of the cleanliness, facilities, and hygienic. Firstly, the floor is wet, almost like a mini flood at shower area, shower room, secondly, the loud annoying sound in dry sauna room, and the air ventilation is not even helping to reduce the smoke from selfish smokers. It's all over the whole area. Not to mention some idiots spit directly on the dry sauna machine, or on floor. It used to be a decent place to hang out. I'm wondering how long it can still sustain with this sort of extremely run-down situations.

Used to be small then got expanded, and now down sized, probably due to current preference towards dating apps instead of real world encounters in places such as this. Funny how a place so run down and unassuming can provide so much intense pleasure. A reflection of its patrons I guess, which comprise of mostly manly middle aged bears & chubs. The place is nonetheless very welcoming of men of all body types. Like most (all ?) KL male saunas, do bring your own lube & condom. From personal experience, the tops that approached me here are mostly into bareback and normally didn't bring any protection. So you better bring your own supplies (or perhaps take PrEP days beforehand) Action happens in the dark areas i.e. the chill room near the lockers, the dry sauna and steam room. In fact, if you skip these 3 areas, the place will look as if there's nothing naughty going on in there, since the patrons are a bit shy under the light. For privacy, bring your catch to the private showers. Personally I find it uncomfortable to do anything but light fun in this sauna due to the hard concrete & wood surfaces. There are some small pillows strewn about in the chill room however. Facilities are a bit worn out but always maintained to a usable (if not perfect) state. Locks on private showers are normally busted, and I often find myself accidentally interrupting people doing sexy times there, not that I'm complaining. There is a shared shower that can comfortably accommodate 2 people whereby the shower curtain never fails to tear off after a few weeks before being replaced again etc. Wish it had a dimly lit communal shower where one can ogle on the bear eye candy on offer. There are 2 PCs with an average of 70Mbps speed internet. However, typically only 1 of them is in working order i.e. keyboard with all functioning keys or not locked by an administrator password. I do not recommend using them due to the bright screen on a dark unlighted background - not great for the eyes. Might as well use your eyes to feast on the bears & chubs around the venue :) Apparently they also provide no-hanky-panky blind massage service at a reasonable rate but I rarely sampled those

It is only half size as before, mainly Chinese beefy all ages, can be bored very quickly if none of your type appeared. Weekend afternoon could be packed and better. I went there friday afternoon, after 10 minutes immediately go to have massage to kill an hour but still not seeing any my type, and nothing else to do so just left.

I have more experiences, im in KL since 13 years, I visit all saunas in KL and around KL, the Sentral is better. No problem with race, religion, age, style, never I have problem. I like this sauna and I'm a regular customer.

Dirty, smelly,lousy facilities, very rude staff (especially the young staff are the most kurang ajar). Strongly not recommend!

Not recommended for those like to sauna at these area coz it’s very dirty & NOT hygiene at all ! You may see rubbish on the floor, even thou shower place same as well ! it looks sucks to me. Staff should be notice about this at all time.

Visited this place recently. Refurbished and clean, best man only retreat I've visited in KL, although some areas in sauna so dark you can't see at all. Mixed crowd, including some really over friendly (a guy can't get changed without attracting grabby crowd?). Massage excellent experience.

Ask for Azman, Joe or Jay. no hanky-panky but genuine relief massage.

I have been to this place several times, its not the cleanest and the latches on the shower doors should be repaired. Staff are polite and I have always had fun here, mixed crowd, best to visit on weekends. Sunday afternoons also is a good time to visit. Some nice mid aged chubs and bears will be around.

Enjoyed my visit to Sentral, it was clean, very pleasant reception staff, good lockers and excellent towels, 2 of them when often there is only one. Had a fantastic massage, one of the best i have ever had. Thank you Sentral

Been there a few times, not bad but I have nothing to compare with. I go to Sentral Sauna as its convenient to me. The guys there are mixed crowd, some fit some not. Depends on how fussy you are.

This place was shut on weds 8 April 2015. Note on door about refurbishment and reopening on 1st may 2015.

I'm an uncomplicated customer but this sauna is the worst I have ever seen. Really dirty from the entrance, small, run down, the only facilities are shower cabins and toilets. Toilets and showers are not cleaned. All above when I came back from my massage I discovered that someone had stolen my personal things. The staff was really not kind to help me in that or to find a solution. I just can suggest to travelers or foreigners to choose another place.

Small, run-down and worn-out place for overweight Malays and Indians as well as their fans. Place needs to be fixed up and scrubbed clean, especially toilets and shower cubicles. Computers for internet use either don't work or are very slow. TV room is OK. Lockers are clean. Some staff are courteous, others not so.
