Not the cheapest option in Patong but still great value for money and a guaranteed warm welcome for gay guests.

The Nap's excellent buffet breakfast is one of the benefits of staying here. The main (non-chlorinated) pool has a sun terrace with loungers. There is a small gym and spa.

Great location, value for money and service - La Vintage Resort has it all. This budget hotel is halfway between the Paradise Complex gay nightlife and the gay section of Patong Beach. Guest rooms are furnished in simple Thai style, with wooden furniture, air conditioning, TV and safe, free WiFi. The staff offer a friendly and welcoming towards gay customers. The hotel only serves breakfast, but this is not surprising given the huge choice of restaurants in Patong.

Gay-friendly and very affordable guesthouse offering contemporary Thai-styled, air-conditioned rooms.  All rooms feature a TV, minibar, free WiFi and a hot shower.  Deluxe rooms have an in-room safe. Apsara is located immediately behind the Jungcelyon shopping mall and about a 10-minute walk from the gay bars in Paradise Complex.

This resort complex is just a few steps away from the southern end of Patong Beach.  The Holiday Inn offers comfortable rooms, a good buffet breakfast and great service. We particularly like the newer suites and villas in the Busakorn Wing which has its own pool and jacuzzi exclusively for Busakorn Wing guests. The gay section of Patong Beach is just a 10-minute walk from the resort.  The nightlife in the Paradise Complex is about a 15-minute walk (although there are always a huge number of pickup taxis available if you don't want to walk).  Very close to the excellent gay-owned Sea Hag Restaurant.

Located at the north end of Patong (about a 10-minute walk to the beach), B-Lay Tong, offers stylish rooms with free WiFi, king-sized bed, LCD TV, minibar, balcony with a view.We like the hip design, cosy atmosphere and the raised pool with views of the Andaman Sea. The hotel's lobby bar is a perfect spot for enjoying the sunset.B-Lay has one of the more peaceful locations in Patong yet is close enough to walk to the gay bars and clubs in the evening.

The Amari Phuket, located at the south end of Patong, has a quieter area compared with hotels in Patong Town. Each large modern Thai-styled room features king-sized beds, large LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea/coffee maker, free WiFi.  Many rooms have great ocean views. The resort ha its own small private beach area. You could walk to Patong Town and the gay bars in Paradise Complex, but taking a taxi would be easier (which costs about 200 baht each way).

Budget hotel that focuses on the gay market.  The Siam Hotel is located in a quieter part of Patong yet still close to the Jungceylon Shopping Center and less than a 10-minute walk from the Paradise Complex or the beach. Siam offers 16 en suite rooms, all with remote-controlled air conditioning, safe, free WiFi, refrigerator/minibar and cable TV.
