can confirm it is open as of February 2025, however it seems sweet more people working than actual patrons visiting. 3USD entry. my experience wasit played very strange music very loud, in every area the whole place. the ground floor hot showers which were cold. the open floor has massage rooms and a locked dark room. not worth traveling to get there, i wasn't staying very far away but i would not advise making a special effort to visit this place. no idea if there is Wi-Fi on any places to sit down anyway. there is a gym room as well but nobody uses it. the stsff like to follow the patrons around.

Great little sauna most clientele seems to be locals with occasional western which is fine by me. It not the Ritz so if that’s your expectation save yourself the grief, myself I been four times over as many weeks and always had a great time. The big boy that runs the desk was very friendly I give it an 8 out of 10 for the action!

First, let me say that I was surprised by the size of this venue and how busy it was for a Monday evening. The entry was only $ 2.50 and they give a towel that looked more like a rag. In the locker room, as I am the Western stereotype, I received much attention. The boys were usually young (20-30 years old) mostly locals or some with Chinese / Vietnamese heritage. There were also all kinds of bodies, from skinny Asians to some that were not that fit. The place itself is very large, but much of it is completely dark and slippery, which made me walk very cautiously. On the ground floor there is the locker room, a gym, the pool (which nobody uses), the saunas, some mazes and the completely dark showers where you can't know who is touching you (I understand some people like it but I makes me very uncomfortable, and not even the "pls don't touch me" requests were met). On the second floor there are some brighter cabins and paths where you can really see who is nearby. I liked this floor better and ended up finding a less shy local boy with whom I had a great time in one of the cabins. Btw, condoms and lube are available outside the cabins. The hygiene standard is questionable, but after all this is not a spa, just a cruising spot. In general, I recommend going, but do not expect high standards. Good surprise: the bad mock westerns do about "asian size" does not apply to Khmers.

Have been here 3 days, 2019 February 19, 20 and 21 (Tuesday to Thursday) and was surprised that it was always crowded. Maybe it's even more crowded on weekends. Note for all gay saunas in Phnom Penh: Guys go here in the afternoon and early evening, probably because they stay with family and go back home for dinner? Many young Cambodians, a few older ones and almost no foreigners. I saw only 2 white guys within 3 days. Open from 1pm until 11pm and busy from 3pm until 8pm. It's not perfectly clean, but it's also not very dirty as other comments said. Ground floor (also called first floor here) has lockers, gym, dry sauna, steam sauna, showers and a hot water pool. Most of it is almost dark. Upstairs cabins, a TV room area with sofas, WC, and showers. I think condoms and lubricant are available somewhere, but I don't know where as I brought them myself. Maybe ask the staff. Great place, had a lot of fun, got some guys and some guys got me. One thing bothered me: There is a sign USD$7 at the entrance and a sign "10000" with Khmer writing. On the first and second day I gave $10 dollar bills and got $3 change. Then one guy told me that massage cost $7 and entrance to sauna only 10000 Riel ($2.50). On the 3rd day, I just gave a 10000 Riel bill and got inside. I guess the staff at the entrance kept the difference of $4.50 on my first 2 days. Easy to get there, I recommend hiring a tuk-tuk with GRAB app. From the Riverside to Love Spa, I paid 7100 Riel, that's about $1.82.

Small, dark and not a very clean place. Full of young local guys who just stay on their own. Better to avoid it.

I've been to this place several times. It's worn down, but the atmosphere is good, and theres something for everyone. Locals are shy, but they warm up slowly, when you give them some time. There's also a lot of local men who are just not interested in westerners. Just give them space. I have always been successful when I just walk around, and wait for the person that approaches me, and I like him. If I try too hard, people are just going to back to the shadows. There's also free condoms and lube available in the social area on the 1st floor.

First of all my towel was damp when I got it. Secondly there were tiles missing everywhere. Thirdly there was no lighting anywhere so obviously you could not see the ghouls that were there. Fourthly the massage therepists were low quality and had to do massages in common rooms with only mattresses on the floor. Very gross operation. Low entrance fee but not worth it even for 10 cents.

Stumbled upon this place due to the sign outside + decided to try it out. only a few katoey massage girly-men who were gossiping loudly. Massage was on a dirty mattress thrown on the floor of a partitioned room. It is a dark maze to get around I could not see in front of myself but walking through the sauna area there were a lot of older local types lurking about. But maybe good for meeting an older local bfriend. A person to spend the rest of your life together with.

1.MAP-is incorrect, its on the corner of 105 and 350 street-1 blok north of 360 street. This street leads to main entry of Tuol Sleng massacre museum. 2.The place itself is indeed a dirty dump, comparable to the worst of BKK's gay sauna's. But there one can also-sometimes-find hot guys.

The place is quite dirty in general. The shower room is way tooooo dark, couldn't see anything at all and very slippery. Not every room has air-con. It was too hot. But the staff is friendly. Many locals but they all are not my type. If you are looking for some other styles you will be disappointed. Not mixed chinese look at all. Just very local style.

Lots of action in the showers, and in the cabins upstairs. The Khmer guys are always shy at first, so don't come on to strong to them. The downstairs showers are dark. It is easy to find many partners, and to hook up in the cabins on the 2nd floor. Lots of guys even during the week. Friendly, staff. The downstairs would benefit from exhaust fans to clean out the humid air. Not to many westerners. Good place to find love.

Many local people gather the place and always crowded. If you like Khmer guys, this is good place to get fun. But the towels dried outside of the building make me uneasy because they are dyed in rusty red color. Maybe water pipes are old and left to nothing.

Visited on the 18th February 2014 My partner and I visited this place to get massage. We were shown into a room divided by a curtain. My massage was quite good. But I could hear that my partners massage was somewhat different. The Masseur invited him to go to the toilet which he didn't need. I then heard the zip open of his wallet, and paper creasing. I suspected that his masseur had removed money from his wallet. After we left, we checked and between 40 and 60 dollars had been removed. There is no police in Phnom Penh. It is also very difficult avoiding separation of yourself, your wallet and trousers with showers and toilet visits. Take my advice do not go here.

Do not go. Very hot private room without AC. After massage, they will ask $30 for a tip.

Went to Love Spa For Men with my boyfriend, and we were disappointed. After two hours, we were not able to find the swimming pool. When we asked the staff, they showed us a standard tub (without running water...). Moreover, the floor was very slippery everywhere, unclean and unfinished. The entrance looked nice, but behind it we saw holes in the ceiling, broken tiles, dirty floors, etc. Strange thing here was that some people were fully clothed and had their shoes on. And be aware - the staff walk around with flashlights checking upon everybody. Very strange atmosphere. The place was supposed to be open till midnight, but it closed at 9:30pm.
