Fabrik Bar is a gay bar in Porto's Galerias district and one of the city's most popular LGBTQ+ nightlife spots. It starts the evening as a cocktail bar where people gather for drinks and conversation, but later on the music gets louder, the crowd grows, and the venue takes on more of a party atmosphere.
The industrial-style interior gives Fabrik a different feel from many of Porto's traditional bars. DJs play a mix of pop, dance, house, and chart hits throughout the week, with themed nights and special events helping to keep regulars coming back.
The crowd is a mix of locals, tourists, and LGBTQ+ travelers looking for a fun night out in the center of Porto. Some come here for a few drinks before exploring the surrounding bars, while others stay until closing time. Its location in the heart of Porto's nightlife district makes it an easy place to start the night, meet people, and see where the evening leads.

Invictus Café Bar is a favorite for anyone looking for a night that goes beyond drinks and dancing. While many venues focus on music and cocktails, Invictus has built its reputation around live entertainment, with drag shows taking place every Wednesday through Sunday at 1am.
The performances are the main event here. Regular drag queens take to the stage with lip-syncs, comedy, audience interaction, and themed performances that often become the highlight of a night out in Porto. The intimate layout means guests are always close to the action.
The crowd is a mix of locals, tourists, and LGBTQ+ travelers, with many visitors timing their evening around the nightly show. Drinks, music, and a welcoming atmosphere keep people around before and after the performances, while the central location makes Invictus an easy addition to any Porto nightlife itinerary.
Invictus stands out as one of the few venues where drag entertainment is part of the weekly program rather than an occasional event. The combination of nightly performances, a social crowd, and a long-standing place in Porto's gay nightlife has made it a staple of the city's LGBTQ+ community.

Café Lusitano is a gay friendly cafe with eclectic decor that evokes traditional Porto cafes. It has a laid-back feel and a crowd that doesn’t really show up until after midnight.
First opened in 2005, it’s built a loyal following with its drag shows and slightly dressier crowd — think less flip-flops, more smart-casual. Fridays get pleasantly packed, but there’s always room for a good drink and a better show.
