Gay Happiness Project 1-Day Retreat

Gay Happiness Project 1-Day Retreat

Location

Rudolf Steiner House 35 Park Road, London, United Kingdom

London life can be challenging, not to mention expensive. Gay people have endless opportunities to connect in London - it's home to over a million gay people - but forming quality connections can be tricky. We all need a bit of wellness in our lives.

Step away from the chaos of London life for a day.

In the midst of all the chaos of your daily life, meditation and authentic connection with other gay men can be a life-saver.

If you've already attended a Gay Happiness Project course or discovered the power of mindfulness meditation, this retreat is a perfect way to maintain your practice. And if you're curious to know more about mindfulness and the Gay Happiness Project then this retreat is the perfect way to find out more.

Take a day out at the peaceful Rudolph Steiner House - soak in the stillness and give yourself the gift of self-care. Your spirit will thank you!

What to Expect

We'll gather at 10am to begin our practice, with alternate periods of meditation, yoga, authentic connections and communication.

You'll enjoy a delicious and healthy vegan lunch, and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

The retreat will be led by Chris Samsa and Robert Hutchinson from the Gay Happiness Project who will be available throughout the day to support your practice.
