<p>UK Black Pride is a 19-year-old, volunteer-powered event. Celebrating the pride of the black community in the UK and billing some of the best black LGBTQ+ performers each year. UK Black Pride had as many as 25,000 attendees in 2022.<br><br>The event is the world&rsquo;s largest celebration for African, Asian, Middle Eastern, Latin American and Caribbean-heritage LGBTQI+ people.<br><br>Expect even bigger things this year. <p>Mighty Hoopla is the biggest LGBTQ pop festival in London. It'll be taking place in Brockwell Park on June 1st and 2nd 2024. It's set to be one of the collective's biggest-ever events with headliners including Nelly Furtado (Saturday) and Jessie Ware (Sunday). Other acts to perform also include Kim Petras, En Vogue, Rita Ora and Alison Goldfrapp.</p>
<p>You'll find almost every LGBTQ person in London descending on the South London park for the event of the year. The two day festival has also become an unofficial Pride in its own right with the event's entertainment eclipsing that of the official <a href="https://www.travelgay.com/event/pride-in-london">London Pride</a>.&nbsp;</p>

It does not get much better than this in central London. This default hotel of choice for many A-List celebrities is located in a surprisingly quiet street in the middle of Soho. <a title="The Village Soho" href="https://www.travelgay.com/venue/the-village-soho/">The Village</a> and <a title="The Yard" href="https://www.travelgay.com/venue/the-yard/">YARD gay bar</a> are just moments away.<br>

The Soho boasts both style and substance with elegant rooms and suites, all with large bathrooms and super comfy beds. A well-equipped gym, chic cocktail bar, fabulous restaurant and impressive concierge make The Soho stand out from the pack.

There are two underground stations within walking distance and excellent bus connections running along Cromwell Road (including night bus services).<br><br>The gay bars and clubs in Soho and Vauxhall can be reached by public transport in just 15-20 minutes.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;good value 4-star DoubleTree is just 200 metres from Holborn station (which is served by both Central and Piccadilly Lines). You can&nbsp;reach&nbsp;major tourist attractions, shopping districts and gay&nbsp;nightlife&nbsp;very easily and quickly.<br><br>The shops, caf&eacute;s,&nbsp;restaurants and theatres&nbsp;in Covent Garden are all within easy walking distance. The Soho gay scene is about a 15-minute walk (quicker if you hop on a bus).<br><br>The DoubleTree has its own gym, although the nearby&nbsp;<a href="https://www.travelgay.com/venue/soho-gyms/">Soho Gyms</a>&nbsp;may be more tempting.<span style="color: #0000ff;"><br></span></p>

The nearest tube station is Waterloo (a 10-minute walk), or you can catch a bus from outside the hotel to Piccadilly or Oxford Street.<br><br>Modern guest feature comfortable&nbsp;queen-sized beds, LCD TV's, etc.</p>

In December 2021, charity Imaan LGBTQI Muslim support is celebrating its 20th birthday by hosting ImaanFest, the world's first LGBTQI Muslim Pride festival.<br>

We're inviting LGBTQI Muslims to join us in celebrating our culture, identities and faith with an amazing all-day event.<br>
<br>
At ImaanFest, you will find talks and interactive workshops on a range of subjects from coming out, sexuality in Islam, intersectional identities and lots more.<br>
<br>
There'll also be a programme of queer Muslim films, dedicated prayer space, a mini exhibition of LGBT Muslim history and our oral history project, "Not Coming Out".<br>
<br>
When the evening comes, it's time to party! After a delicious, complimentary dinner provided by Dishoom, there'll be live entertainment and DJs.<br>
