San Francisco Pride 2020 has been cancelled due to Coronavirus. It hasn’t been rescheduled so the next San Francisco Pride will take place in 2021.
San Francisco Pride holds one of the oldest and largest annual LGBTQ+ parades in the world. With hundreds of thousands of people flooding into the city every year to experience the parade and immerse themselves in the celebrations.
The festival includes 20+ live stages at the Civic Centre Plaza, showcasing the diverse talent within the LGBTQ+ community in San Francisco and beyond. The annual event will be on the weekend of June 27th – 28th in 2020.
San Francisco has a rich history for the LGBT+ community. Harvey Milk was elected the first openly gay politician in San Francisco, a campaign managed by lesbian and political administrator Anne Kronenberg. Celebrate gay pride in proximity to such history in 2020!
