On the doorstep are many of Birmingham's major attractions, including the Barclay Card Arena, the ICC, the National Sea Life Centre and the Symphony Hall as well as galleries, theatres, sporting attractions, a variety of distinguished retailers and the renowned Bullring Shopping centre. A photo ID is required upon check-in.  Please be aware that a security deposit is required upon check-in. This amount is GBP 250 for bookings from Friday to Sunday and GBP 50 per person from Sunday to Thursday. This is in case of any damages, breakages or violation of terms and conditions. Once the room is checked on departure, this amount will be returned either by reversing the pre-authorisation performed on the card or returning cash. In the case of Advanced Purchase (non-refundable) bookings please make sure that you bring the card that was used to make payment, this is for security reasons.
