It has Two (2) restaurants; the restaurants are Goldiana Café & Lounge & Vanda Chinese Restaurant. Located on the eighth floor, the function rooms and Cesar Grand Hall can comfortably seat 620 people for a full banquet. Our function rooms can also be converted into meeting rooms for small private functions. The Cesar Grand Hall is suitable for major occasions such as weddings, annual dinners and major product launches.
