The Tahitian Holiday Apartments, located at the corner of Ocean Parade and Vincent Street Coffs Harbour, comprise 20 self-contained, air-conditioned units on three levels facing north and east to capture the sun. The building is constructed from double brick, and has total privacy from the street, with a high brick fence. There is a large undercover barbecue area with 2 barbecues, fridge and freezer and ample seating and tables.
