El Patio de Café Milagro is a gay-friendly cafe and bar, which is a great gay watering-hole in the evenings of Manuel Antonio.

In the evening they offer craft beers, cocktails and wine (and a nightly happy hour 4-6pm) as well as nightly live music from 8-10pm.

In the sunny days, Café Milagro offers delicious food and artisan coffees with their own in-house roasted beans.
