Playa Espadilla is the main beach at the end of the main road through Manuel Antonio, and the most popular with tourists.

The western edge is bordered by the Manuel Antonio National Park, making that end a gorgeous spot.

However the majority of gay tourists gather at the opposite end, in front of the surfing area.

This beach can get very busy on weekends and holidays and there are often a few peddlers to sell you drinks and snacks, but make sure to bring supplies as well.
