Staff
Reception is unattended and it can take 10 -15 mins to get in. One staff member spends time screaming his conversations and laughing continuously at the top of his lungs. You can hear him from anywhere in the venue.
This place could be good but the people have been there too long and it shows. The owners need to take control of this business and get new people.

Old venue needs ungrade. Staff cruise. Reception left unattended often.

Younger crowd
This place attracts the younger crowd. But with my experience the place was so dirty. Tissues were all over the place. No staff cleans the rooms after use. But unlike the sauna in Oxford this place has better looking guys.
