“Hung my back pack under the table where I was sitting and it got stolen by somebody who was clearly quite experienced at doing this. Fortunately I didn't have much in it but I could have lost house keys, money, phone, whatever... Bar staff said they would inspect CCTV and report back to me, but I never heard anything from them. It seems this kind of thing is not uncommon here--when I left, I noticed a very small sign on the wall saying 'This is a crime scene'. A more honest place that cared about its customers would surely have had a larger one warning us to take care of our possessions because of possible thefts.“
“Visited one afternoon September 2017, ordered pint of pale ale, shocked at £5.30 price, one person in there, music was really dated sounded early 1900's, don't go if you want to meet people, up to date music and fun, wont go again.“
