Gay Mid-range Hotels in Buenos Aires by area

Palermo / Palermo Soho

Palermo is a huge barrio in Buenos Aires, taking up the vast majority of the Downtown area.

Porteños tend to unofficially subdivide this barrio into several smaller ones, Palermo Soho is where most of the gay action takes place but we also have some hotels in Palermo Hollywood and Pacifico.

Palermo Soho is beautifully bohemian and young. Streets are lined with urban art and there's plenty of new boutique shops and incredible gay nightlife destinations; this is where fashion and innovation come to play.

San Nicolás / Puerto Madero

San Nicolás and Puerto Madero are two barrios close to the centre of Buenos Aires, just underneath Recolta.

San Nicolás, often referred to as 'El Centro' is one of the busiest areas of the city. Some fun facts: Avenida 9 de Julio is the widest street in the world, and El Obelisk, an iconic monument has been guised with many fun decorations over the years including a gigantic pink condom!

Puerto Madero is the old dock that has recently been regenerated. You'll find endless gourmet eateries (the steakhouses are our favorite) and monolithic high-rises. There's also a huge nature reserve that's great for getting a breath of fresh air from the city.
