This successful Bangkok-based restaurant has two branches in Pattaya. One is on the beachfront, but we prefer the one at Jungceylon Mall (ground level). If possible, grab a table inside rather than on the terrace.
A combination of a restaurant, wine shop, bar & deli. Wine Connection serves a wide range of Western dishes – gourmet salads, steaks, pastas, pizzas, imported cheeses, grilled seafood, and a good selection of reasonably priced (by Thai standards) wine.
Patong Corner Restaurant offers reasonably priced Thai and European food, located on the ground floor terrace of My Hotel Phuket overlooking a quiet side street, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the gay bars in the Paradise Complex.
We visited this place twice in December 2015. The restaurant was popular with gay customers, served tasty food, and the service was fast and friendly.
For a great selection of freshly prepared, excellent-value Thai street food, fresh fruit and tasty desserts, try Malin Plaza, right on the edge of Patong Town (just beyond Club One Seven).

A fairly new addition to Phuket’s fine dining scene. The Blue Mango offers great food, attentive service and reasonable prices.
At first glance, the menu might appear basic, featuring a selection of standard Thai and Italian dishes from Pad Thai to pasta and pizzas, along with a few exotic dishes for good measure. But the quality of the ingredients, taste and quite extraordinary presentation is all first-rate.
Located within the Twin Sands Resort, just 10 minutes by taxi south from Patong beach. The restaurant provides a free taxi pickup service from the Patong area.
Highly recommended, upscale Thai restaurant in Phuket serving fresh and elegant-looking dishes with authentic flavours.
